Program to copy music off ipod touch/iphone

    Hey, can someone tell me whats a good, preferrably free program to copy music from my ipod touch. I tried a version of tuneaid but it doesnt recognise my ipod and the new version of it does, but I have to pay for that.

    I use sharepod with my iPhone 3GS iOS4.0.2. Works well enough.

    Thank you! One more thing, does that work with apps or is there another program that works with apps as I have a jailbroken ipod touch, and when I download apps off the installous app, and sync my ipod with my pc, it wont transfer the apps, it just deletes them. But when I have them on my pc like they dont get deleted. Its very strange.

    It's doesn't do apps. My phones not jailbroken so I don't know much about transferring apps outside of itunes

    You could try paying for the apps instead of stealing them!!!!

    Pwntunes is amazing for transfering music on and off a Jailbroken Device but it costs €10 and given you unwillingness to not steal software you probably won't try it.

    Mate calm down and get down off that horse, I don't need a lecture. I have paid for most of the apps I own, i mainly buy ones in 79cent sales. Also have you never Downloaded a album/song/film/game etc for free? What's makes cydia any different?

    No, I don't download stuff that is copyrighted.

    I Jailbroke my iphone to avail of 3rd party apps. I use cydia to purchase apps and I don't download cracked apps from it.
    Most of the tweaks/extensions are free on cydia, Some are paid and if I want on of these I pay the few dollars that these developers ask.

    This is what Jailbreaking is about. It isn't about Installous and "FREE" copyrighted apps.

    I'm afraid of heights too so traded my high horse in for a bike.

    Wouldn't have thought we'd be allowed talk about installous on here
