iphone hd vid on tv...

    Just wondering if anyone can tell me the best ways to watch the video that I have recorded on the iphone and iMovies i've made on my tv?

    One problem that may stop me is that my tv is sort of built into the wall, so accessing any connecters is a no no. But the tv is running off my amp, which has inputs galore including hdmi. Anyone?

    Also/or.. can I copy a video file from the phone to my pc and then burn it to disc (what type?) and then watch it on the dvd/bluray player??
