How long will the bread on the floor last in the old O'Briens?

There's an O'Briens which shut down a while ago on Abbey Street, stripped of fixtures, fittings and signage. All that's left is... a tray of about 20 loaves of bread on the floor just behind the window. Been there a while now. Probably as long as the new O'Briens across the road.

So place yer bets on how long ya think it'll last and how it'll meet its demise... (yeah it's a quiet Friday)

    It is what it's.

That bread is dead, if someone was to try and touch one of those pans all your going to get is a big pile of green mould dust and probably a sick feeling inside.

The floor is a terrible place to leave bread, it'll be filthy

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

    Poor O'Briens.

It's getting harder to earn a crust with the recession.

Are you sure it was O'Briens ?

May have just been Ireland's storage unit for Pakistani aid.

They'd still try to overcharge you for it
And stupid people would still happily pay for it.

I bought a sandwich in O'Brien's once ever and immediately regretted the decision. They are the epitomy of the celtic tiger era and rip-off Ireland. Burn in hell, O'Brien's.:)

I'd say it will be there until November at the latest. As all good survival experts know, mouldy bread is usually quite warm in the middle. I'm betting a resourceful tramp will be wearing all these loaves as some sort of rudimentary coat when the cold comes in.
