CT return for dormant company

Hello, I set up a limited company two years in preparation for an enterprise that never proceeded. The company has never traded. I have made annual returns to the companies office. Do I need to submit a CT return ? I never registered the company for CT, VAT etc.

Hi,
You need to file a form called a 11FCRO with the revenue.
You will find it on their website.
