The real M99 is single round bolt action, the rounds are loaded one by one into the breech, so there is no mag well.

But the airsoft version takes a mag.
And no I don't think there is any extended mags for the M99, the whole point of the small mag is so that it sits flush with the body and is not seen so it looks a bit more realistic.
