Car Finance?

    Hey
    do most people go to banks for car loans or do you go to a car dealer and get them to arrange finance?

    Im just wondering because several Car dealer(simi Registered) advertise the following on there websites

    "We can offer you a range of finance options to assist in the purchase of your car. Our rates are very competitive and flexible. You can apply for finance by filling in this application form and posting it to the address on the right."

    however they seem clueless about this when you actually ask them and suggest that you go to BOI?
