water proof sealing

    Hi all

We are renovating an oldish house.

We have put in a new concrete sub floor, with filling, then polythene and then concrete.

My problem is this: We need to seal the polythene to the walls of the house. (I understand that if this was a new house this layer would have passed out under the blockwork to outside but we can't do that)

It was suggested to me to use a product tek 7. We started but have realised that it is going to cost way too much to complete it this way.

Anyone a suggestion for a product that might achieve this watertight seal but cheaper??
