Looking for a 32-37" TV with specific requirements

I'm not a TV guru (at least I don't know nearly as much as I do for computers) and I am in the market for a 32" or 37" TV, with the following specs:

- 1920 resolution.
- Internet/Youtube ready - by ready I mean ready to plug in, not having to purchase a separate WiFi adapter. Also, cabled/ethernet is also good and actually preferable to WiFi, as my switch is right there by the TV.
- Ability to hook up a wireless bluetooth keyboard (already have a Logitech DiNovo mini).
- HDMI.
- Available to be bought and picked up from a shop in Dublin.
- Cost no more than 600-650 euro.
- Warranty (the longer, the better)

I currently have a 32" Phillips that I have been using for 3 years and it's fantastic. However, I have changed my HTPC countless times so far and since I now use it (the HTPC) exclusively for internet videos etc, I want to get rid of it and replace it with a new TV with internet functionality.


Is there anything on the market with these specs? I am a bit concerned about the Logitech DiNovo Mini keyboard's compatiblity, but I might drop it too, if the new TV's remote is useful enough.

Also come's in 37" and 40" models.

I've seen it online for around the €600 mark, but not sure about shops as I don't live in Dublin.

Thanks for that, this is the model that I have concluded as well. I can find it online for about 650, or around 800 in Dublin shops (Currys, Harvey Norman)
