    Hi folks
I'm planning on converting my attic space into a play room, the roof I believe is a truss type(I think),I believe I'll have to install rsj's to support the roof??? Is there any other way than this?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
    Thanks
    Gar

Possibly, depending on the size of the roof but you really need to engage a structural engineer to look at a solution.
