So Hungry

Recently I have been running more, doing 10kms 4 times a week with a bit of swimming and weights thrown in. I am a sensible eater with a varied and healthy diet but have found that I'm hungry a lot of the time even after having had a good meal. I find that I have "cravings" but not for any specific food like sugar, just that I would like to eat something. I drink a lot of water during and after exercising but I do sweat a lot and if I feel the need I have juice or an isotonic drink.

I'm 1.50m and 51 kilos and tend to put on weight very quickly and being so short it's very noticeable so I stick to fruit and yogurts when I have these "cravings" but they don't fill the gigantic hole in my stomach.
I suppose it's because of all the exercise but the strange thing is that I don't feel especially tired, something I thought would happen as my body is clearly
    calling out for something.

    Any advice?

Maybe take a protein or recovery drink directly after you exercise. Protein gives you a much better and longer lasting feeling of fullness than carb foods.
