Am just wondering what's the story when you buy new computer and your I tunes Is on the old one. Can you just download it again onto computer using your same log i'n settings or is it more complicated than that. Any help or link appreciated

    Just download iTunes.

The easy part is downloading itunes which gives you the software. You are allowed to use the same account on up to 5 devices, so no problems there.

The harder part (which isnt actually that hard) is to move your music files to the new computer. To do this, open itunes, go to File, Library, Back up to Disc. This will let you copy your music to DVD/CD. On the new computer open itunes, put in the back up disc and itunes will copy everything over.

Its a major pain to copy all music to disc and copy everything over.Is there an easier way?I've my itunes folder backed up onto external hard drive, would that be beneficial when setting up with new computer?
