    Hey I'm new to the site.
    I have what seems like tendonitis in my upper thigh/groin area. Possibly piriformis syndrome?? I try and do about 300k a week. It's hardly ever 'pain' as such but more bad discomfort. It starts at the outside of my upper thigh/arse and goes into my groin. It's accompanied with sciatica which i know is a common cyclist's complaint. Any tips on treating it as i can't really afford a physio. How long should a rest for?? Thanks a million!
