Hi there,
Basically I'm thinking of doing this course as my first choice as a route to getting into secondary teaching.
Educational background:
Recently qualified chartered accountant

BA in Accounting and Finance DCU

Reasoning behind this is:
Business studies specific course

Opens up possibility of teaching PLC's and other post leaving cert courses.

Wouldn't have a hope of getting the points under the traditional route of Hdip based on points system.

Looking for any feedback on anyone who has done or is going into the course this year as I will be applying for 2011/2012 course. Off volunteering to Kenya for 3 months in September doing some charity work then would probably get some experience subbing after Christmas.
Any feedback gratefully appreciated.
