03 megane steering issues

hi, I have a 03 megane which is pulling to the right, I assumed it was just tracking but got this done and it was perfect! mechanic reckons it could be the steering rack or pump?? anyone any other theories??

Before you go ripping the car assunder, swap the front tyres around......;)

You wouldn't believe the amount of grief that a bogey tyre can cause.
