Saturday morning training. ideas?

    looking to do some training on a saturday morning before 1pm somewhere in dublin. Any art or style. I would appreciate if any help you all can offer

    There is training early Saturday mornings all over Dublin in most clubs. Depending on where you live have a look through the clubs tread and just select which one suits you.

    cheers for the reply though it is not exactly what i was looking for.
    i would much prefer if people could tell me what sport or gym is available to train in on a saturday (and open to non regular-members like meself(im about as non-regular as they come:D))
    again any style is welcome as im just willing to get in some extra training in a time slot that has suddenly presented itself

    I presume from your last thread you went to Thailand to train MT? If so, you should give Bridgestone a shout as I think they train on Saturday.

    cheers for that. ill give them a shout but would still appreciate hearing from more members of the sdma community. already do muay thai so open to trying some new styles/sports

    by the way i never got to go to thailand as work came up so my time off was cut short but thanks for asking

    We be starting our Sat morning Lameco Eskrima class in Sept in the Fitness Dock Gym in City Center. Class runs from 10am to 11am. If you like more info please feel free to give me a call or email.
