hi guys, Im having the same problem. there is a vibration noise coming from one of my back wheels. it starts off pretty much imediatley and probably continues but obviously as i speed up and the road and engine noise get louder i cant hear it anymore. could it be as simple as balancing? the car is an alfa 156 with a 03 reg.

This post was moved from 4x4 forum as it was tacked on the end of an old Navara thread, OP more likely to get an answer here!

    Wheel bearing!

A wheel bearing is gone and needs to be replaced. Get it done, its common enough but no idea how much it will cost

Try having the wheel rebalanced first.
