    Hey Guys,

    Being working out in the gym last few months, was making good progress had lost a stone and a half and noticed a bit of a difference in my body shape.

    Then 3 weeks ago I moved back to my parents house as I am of to oz in a few weeks. I don't have access to a gym now so to keep up the weight loss just looking for ideas off people besides jogging as I find it tough on my joints. I have dumbells and barbells up to about 60kg.

    Is skipping any good?
