Zune online support useless - need help!

    Hey folks,
So my 120GB Zune seems to have gone tits up, it's cycling through loading up an update in firmware, failing, and trying again. I've gone through every help guide that MS offer, rang their equally useless and infuriating voice service, and tried to submit it for repair online, for which they asked $160 (!) before telling me I can't submit it from Irefcukingland. So as far as I can see, their online help guides are useless, their phone versions are identical, only they walk you through it, and then you say that it was useless, and I can't submit the thing for repair, as they don't offer a chance to email or phone an actual human being.

Has anyone any contact details for a MS service centre here or in the UK that may be able to help a bit more?
Or if anyone's had a similar problem, can you shed some light on it? It's driving me nuts.
    Cheers,
    WP

sorry to hear about your trouble. unfortunately they offer no support outside the usa for the zune, thats why they dont sell em over here. i have 3 zunes myself and i love them.

your best bet is to google some zune forums, and see if someone has the same problem,

i'd love to help you out myself, but we're pretty much on our own over here.

    :(:(:(

I let the battery die, plugged it in again, and it updated successfully, first time. I still hate it now though.
