Is it possible to an Internet connection from another computer which is right beside you? It doesn't get it's connection through wifi it's wired. Can a computer transmit wifi? Or do I need to buy something?

the other computer will need wifi capability. otherwise you'll need to connect both pc's with a cable.

    What type of cable?

    What about something like this?

    What about through bluetooth?

I think you need to give more details. I suspect you have one pc that has internet connection by a USB dongle, and you want to get it also on another pc. Correct? if so it may be possible with a "cross-over" cable, but this would require both pc's to be within say 2m of each other. It is possible to connect a wifi router to pc1 and rebroadcast the signal by wifi to pc2, but this may depend on the connection type of the pc1 connection. One dongle I met claimed to be dial-up, and thus coulodn't be "bridged".

one pc has it through being connected to a router. The router isnt wireless(unless it is and no one has turned it on) But that pc is being used most of the time.

Its on the desk next to me and i think i have a cross over cable so i will try that

OK, wrong guess. cant you just plug in to the router from the 2nd pc ? Whats the make of the router, I'd say if it has stick-out aerials you'd guess it has wifi, but e.g. the vodafone DSL router currently being supplied does not.
