Parking in Camden St area?

Hi, gonna be staying on Camden St from comin Sunday til Wed morning. Wont need the car when there and was wondering where the best and safest place to leave the car would be.

Dont mind if its a few minutes walk as long as it would be safe. Price not really a concern but obviously the cheaper the better.

Tonnes of side roads with Pay and Display which are grand but you'll pay a small fortune parking for a few days/nights atm I can't think of any roads around there that are not Pay and Display but might think of some tomorrow.

There's a private surface car park on Grantham Place which is right behind Camden St. It only opens 8-6 Mon-Fri and he charges 10 euro a day - he might be open to negotiating an overnight rate. The alternative is parking the car outside the pay and display cordon - past Rathmines in one direction, past Cork street in another (though I wouldn't advise this if you're not going to be keeping a regular eye on the car).
