Snooze button is the devil. I have the snooze time set to six minutes on my phone, several times I have stayed in bed for around two hours just constantly pressing snooze without even being properly awake. It should require a password or make you solve a riddle or something to make sure you're actually consciously deciding to stay in bed.

Usually get up when the alarm goes coz i think it's way harder to get up after pressing snooze. My OH sets the alarm for about 2 hours before he has to get up and presses the snooze button about 20 times, resulting in me being extremely grumpy in the morning.

It depends on what i'm doing, if i'm going to class, i'm going to snooze the **** out of it, but if i have to go ride my horse at 7am i will get up early and do it because i look forward to it

Never use the snooze button. If I want a longer lie in I make myself wake up enough to re-set the alarm, that way I wake up progressively.
Once I'm up I'm rushing around though. Can't stand slow family ambling along in the morning. :mad:

I'm a snoozer, could snooze for 2 hours easily. So I set my radio for some stupid hyper morning radio show so that I wake up out of annoyance at the faceless DJ who's pawning free tickets to Jedward or some such dreadful show and then plays a bit of dance music so I just can't lie still anymore - works for me, annoyed the crap out of most ex-boyfriends
