Im looking for someone in limerick that is able to fix a newholland 376 baler. Its the plunger that is giving me trouble.I had the plunger out to replace some bearings but i cant seem to get it to run exact when i put it back.I know there is alot of adjusting with the bearings but someone that knows what they are doing would sort it .so if any one knows of such a person in Limerick please let me know. Thanks

Your baler needs to be timed, if you look under the plunger cover you will see two notches where the plunger arm should be. There are similar notches for needles and for the tines drawing in the hay. If you got a new holland baler manual the complete timing is explained in it and it is a fairly straight process.

Thanks for the reply.I have the timing sorted. Its the running of the plunger. It dont seem to run flush with the fixed blade. There is abit of movement in the running, not much but Im sure it needs adjusting, prob second guessing my own work dont help.
