I saw an xbox live account for sale on ebay with everything in mw2 unlocked online, If i bought it would i be able to use it online with my current XBL Gold subscription or would i have to buy another one to use it?

you would have to buy another one.

But tbh i wouldint recommend buying an account, ive heard of alot of people being ripped off
