Car Valet in Square Shopping Centre, Tallaght

My girlfriend spilt almost a litre of milk in the rear passenger footwell of her car and while we got 99% of it out...I took out the moldings around the door and lifted the carpet and used a few rolls of kitchen paper to soak it, the smell in the car is sickening with sour milk.

My girlfriend works opposite the Square shopping centre in Tallaght and I'm sure I saw a crowd valeting cars in the multi-story car park. She would like to get them to was the carpet etc but does anyone know if there is a crowd operating there and if so their name so as I can get there number to get a quote etc!

Remembered the name and googled it and I got crystal clean in the square and a tel no., but when I rang I was put through to their central office who said there is no longer an outlet in Tallaght and their nearest is Dundrum. Anyone know of any other place in Tallaght or else my girlfriend will have to get a taxi also from Dundrum to Tallaght and back again.

I think one of the units near the Topaz do Valet's. Sure there is a number on one of the back doors near the Topaz car wash. Can't remember the name for the life of me but that's the only one I can think of in that area.

Maybe someone could recommend one of those mobile valet services, at least then she won't have to be getting taxis etc....

Have used them in the past and they are very good - not cheap though.

She has it booked in here for tomorrow morning....had no room/time to do it today and it means she can walk to work. Just hoping they can get rid of the smell!

She is getting the carpet washed and the seats also as there are water stains (ford seats!). Charging €50 which seems okish. Saves a lot of hassle so she said for them to do it.

If it's a good job, let us know who they are.

€50 seems very reasonable for seats and carpets - presume exterior is being done as well?

No I keep the car polished etc so its fine. Interior is pretty clean too in that I hoover it every week. It was just the spilt milk and a few unsightly water marks on the seats for the guy to get out.

Will let you know how they get on.
