    Hi Folks,

This is my second (replacement) iPhone 4. It was sitting in my room for the last 4 hours in standby. No wifi connected and all data turned off. I received a call and just as answer the signal went to "No Service" and a temperature warning came up.

    Similar to this:

Anyone else had the same problem? Its on MacRumours as well.

I can assure you the iPhone has no fans :) Seemed very weird as the room it was in is actually one of the coldest in the house and the surface of the phone was at 22 degree's C.

Are you on AT&T or what, why are you posting in an irish forum?

And also, just for clarification: this forum is open to any nationality/country - even if he was American he is still entitled to help on boards.

This has just happened to my iphone. When it rang i couldn't answer as the temperature fault came onto the screen. I had to turn the phone off to be able to use it again. Is this a common fault or just a one off?
