    hey

I was up north working for last year and i got let go end of april. I came back down and it was a nightmare to get back on JSA, as I was paying tax etc up north social at first said I wouldn't get JSA and then they changed their minds.

I only got supplementary welfare 4 weeks ago and as of 2 weeks ago i'm on JSA.

I got a call from my previous employer last week about possibly re employing me as of next month either part time or full time with the option of working from home down south. Only thing is if i'm part time can i still claim casual JSA and if so is there a max you can earn on the 3 day week?

I'm worried if i ends up with full time and sign off and the company gets into financial difficulty again i could be in the same situation waiting for the dole.

    thanks
