Match upc card with second box?

Hi,

Can anyone tell me can i match my upc card with another upc box.
A friend switched to sky so i got his recorder box and was going to use it it my place.
Is this legit even?

cant be done upc wont allow you to do it

the box you got off your friend belongs to upc and should have been returned to them

if you want the recorder box you can order it for a fiver a month

Your friend should expect UPC to come looking for their equipment back, and if they cant provide it then they should expect to be billed for it; something in the region of a couple of hundred quid I think it is.

I think it's €150.

Closely related, Is it possible to connect 1 or 2 spurious digital boxes to the exisiting UPS digital input and to use these as multi-room ?

If by spurious you mean non-UPC then no, I dont think that will work.
