Upc loss of signal

    Keep losing upc signal intermittently. Very annoying. Is the fault on their end or mine

    All my channels except for the Sky Sports ones and RTE 1 have gone for some reason. I have an upgrade install happening next Friday so not sure if it's something to do with that.

    Is this upgrade manual or automatic. Does it help withh reception problems?

    I cant imagine that an upgrade would cause you to lose channels tbh.

    OP have you contacted UPC? Has it always happened or is it a recent occurance after having normal signal?

    i have some problems in Dublin 1 too, loss of signal, messages that im not authorized to view this channel etc.
    Started on saturday, will give them a call on monday if this continues
