So I'm going to try and surpass 4.0 gHz with my 550 today.

    I've decided to screw unlocking for now, as the amount of times I need to reboot is really annoying.

    So I decided to OC it instead, wish me luck!

    3/7 at 1.4V is highest stable I can get, gonna leave it at that.

    3.8 crashed after seconds of prime95.

    3.7 has been going good for almost an hour now.

    Whats voltages have you changed, you may have to up the MB voltages aswell as the CPU a little bit

    I upped the CPU voltage from 1.35 to 1.4, nothing else.

    Left everything else on auto ? That'll cause you problems.

    then go higher lol got 4.4ghz out of my i5-750 there the other night on air oh how i love these intel quadcore,s it was stable 16hours but i dont need it 24/7 so just saved the profile for when i do need it
