HSE Appeals

Does anyone know roughly how long it takes to get an appeal heard. Got refused rent allowance and appealled the descision last week and today got a letter from the HSE basically saying that there are loads of appeals to be heard and "dont call us - we will call you"

Oh god I've just appealed my decision for JSA. They couldn't tell me how long it would take in the office.
