Can anyone recommend a source for blood testing and interpretation in the Dublin area. Idea is to include that in the program of the best athletes in our club. I know that Lisa Regan does/did this in UCD but is there another source that would be accessible to clubs? Testing is easy but it's the interpretation of the results and tying that back to training programs that is essential.

Anyone know of anyone doing this currently? Getting some low iron levels in my blood and would like to get a better analysis from someone with a sports background.

I would imagine if iron is low to go see your GP and gets tests done.

I know people who have used perfectpacing to determine their correct training zones but I don't think this is what you are after.
