was i granted permission for mod

    hi everyone i eventually got my gun cert back today thank fcuk but i applied for permission for a sound mod when applying so if someone could tell me was i granted permission for the mod as i am not sure there is a s in the bottom right side of the cert but just to make sure
    i have attached a picture of the cert
