    heres one for ya.
we installed mutiple circuits on dimmable lights. recessed twin 58watts tubes. all the circuits are wired in 2.5sq cable and the emergency feed on 1.5sq. and there on a mk 230v push switch. now they all worked sound to begin with. then one set started to flicker when you tried dimming them. and they wouldn sync back up. we changed the switch wires to belden cable and that fixed it. but them it hapened on the next set. changed all switchwires to belden now. but problem is still there in some parts. any ideas??????????/

Is the dimmer switch compatible with all newer dimmable fittings? or incandescent (cheap ordinary bulbs) only?

its ok we found the problem. belive it or not but the ups system installed was causing it. the hormonics wher coming back down the line through the circuits and that was driving them cracked.
