Quick question. If a husband was to dispose of 50% of each of his three rental properties to his, wife main reason being her income is low so she can utilise her full standard rate cut-off am I right in saying there is no CAT or CGT on this transaction? Is there a requirment to inform the Revenue of this or is it along the…

Quick question.

If a husband was to dispose of 50% of each of his three rental properties to his, wife main reason being her income is low so she can utilise her full standard rate cut-off am I right in saying there is no CAT or CGT on this transaction? Is there a requirment to inform the Revenue of this or is it along the same principles of PPR relief.
