Yoga DVD

Just wondering if anyone knows of a good yoga instructional DVD? I used to go fairly frequently to yoga classes and I found they really helped with running injuries, in particular with my shin splints. I stopped going a while ago and, surprise surprise, shin splints are back!

There aren't any classes on in my area at a suitable time so I figured I could add it into my general home workouts but I find it quite hard to do without someone telling me what to be doing the whole time!

What yoga styles have you done/do you like? It might help others on the board recommend a suitable DVD for you.

In the meantime, check out http://bestyogadvd.net/. It's got lots of reviews for yoga DVDs.

David Swenson, First Series is fanatic. He's a full on Yogi, and an extremely good teacher, even through DVD.
