Does anyone else thinks it's a bit of a waste of time for premiership clubs?
Most Premiership clubs just play a weak team anyway.
Do you think premiership teams should have the option to vow out if they wish?

I like the league cup because i like cup competitions,

However i was unaware of the decision to seed the 2nd round draw this year,

I don't see why all the premier league teams should be kept apart for this round,

Could be argued it gives the small clubs the chance of hosting/playing a big club, but i wouldn't be seeding a cup of that nature.

I'm not sure the big clubs have all been fielding as weak a team as they have been guilty of in the past, they all want to win it these days.
