As the the title says still no fix for FaceTime and mms. I bought my iPhone 4 from vodafone locked. Jailbroken with original voda microsim firmware 4.0.1, installed the iPhonedelivery supposed fix thru cydia, reset network settings and rebooted. Still nothing, go to FaceTime switch it stays on waiting for activation and doesn't change. I use my phone on the meteor network, pretty frustrated that can't get these functions working. :( I also had activation problems after I installed the first ultrasn0w unlock, I put in my selfcut meteor microsim and had invalid sim detected. The lock screen said invalid sim and emergency calls only. Found the fix on the web by ssh and replacing the lockdown folder with customised files to get thru activation. Don't know if this effected my FaceTime. Any ideas in getting it work would be appreciated? Does everyone on meteor using iPhone 4 have FaceTime and mms?

worth a bump, noticed a lot of people are having the same problem. does it work if you have bought a factory unlocked iphone 4 direct form apple? can anyone confirm this? it appears the problem is only there for meteor as its not an official carrier

found this on apple discussion forums, can someone try it and report back if it fixes the waiting for activation problem:
So here are the steps for Activation:

    1. Ability to send and receive text messages.
    2. Caller ID has to be ON
    3. FaceTime has to be ON.

    It's that easy!!!!!!!!

If FaceTime still isn't working do this:

    1. Turn FaceTime OFF
    2 Turn Caller ID OFF
    3. Wait 60 seconds and then
    4. Turn ON Caller ID
    5. Turn ON FaceTime
    6. Wait 60 seconds and then
    7. Reboot the phone (holding the Home and Sleep buttons until the Apple logo appears, then release)
    8. Double check to insure Caller ID and FaceTime are both ON.
