Taking out extensions

I got extensions in June, the glued in ones, a friend did them for me and they're great, but need to take them out but the girl who did them for me isnt around to take them out, and i need them out badly at this stage! (mini dreads - not the best look)
and was wondering if anyone knows how much it costs to take them out in a salon?
or how much effort it is to take them out?

I'm not sure how much they are to take out but I had mine in this time last year and like that, my hairdresser was away. So I got the acidtone in terry sales and thought it wouldn't be hard to take them out myself.
Please go to a professional, I spent over an hour trying and ended up cutting some of them out:( My hair was in bits after it, my own fault though.
Sorry I'm not much help but just want to advise you not to take them out yourself if you're not so sure.

got mine taken out with acidtone too, it was a bloody nightmare :eek: good luck

Acetone breaks down the bonds, so just use Nail polish remover.
If you have a lot of extensions then I would get them taken out proffesionally.
