Tokyo-Beijing-Hong Kong

    Planning a few weeks travel in late September. Always wanted to visit Tokyo but since I'm travelling so far thought it would be best to make the most of it and visit China as well.

    I got quoted from Trailfinders today:

    Dublin-London-Tokyo
    HK-London-Dublin
    884 euro

    Tokyo - Beijing
    339 euro

    Might travel via train from Beijing to HK.

    Has anyone done something similar? Any tips recs for Tokyo?

    If in the area is there any other cities you would put down as a must see?

    I was planning on travelling for 2-3 weeks but I'm flexible.
