Depression creeping back up on me...

I'm 22yo, I've had problems with depression since I was 16 but never really done anything about it, just thought thats how I was. About 6 months ago all this changed, I was noticeably happy, most of the negative thoughts of self harm had left, and I wasn't self medicating nearly as much and things were going well, got my college course, everything was perfect.

Other night was in town and got spiked. I blacked out for 7 hours and woke up in someones garden miles away from where I started without a clue what was going on. My hands are covered in pretty bad burns (I had no lighter so I can't figure out if I done this to myself).

With this I've started to think back to how I've been in the past and I think its just this sudden realization of all my downfalls that ****ed me up again.

I'm back to place I really didn't want to visit again and it has me scared... Usually looking at my thoughts on a page helps me deal with it, doesn't seem to have helped in this case, might try talking to someone...

Thanks for the link, I'm gonna make contact and see what the craic is with it, I must admit I'm a lil freaked out about the whole idea of telling a professional I have a problem, makes things a lot more real.

    Thx again
