    Hey guys,

    I was wondering if you could give me some advice about my routine (please be gentle as I'm not doing it all that long) :). My goal is to put on some size and loose about 2 stone. I not particularly tall (5"9) but I'm of a stocky build - with extra meat you could say. :(

    This is a rough idea of what I'm doing at the moment (I'm using Kettle Bells btw). As im in the back arse of nowhere I can't go to the gym - but workout form my home.

    Routine done every other day (where possible) :)

    One arm Clean and Press (1 x 25kg) 3 Sets
    Floor Press (1 x 25kg) 3 Sets
    Upright Rows (2 x 20kg) 3 Sets
    Bicep Curl (1 x 25kg) 3 Sets
    Bent Over Row (2 x 20kg) 3 Sets
    Squats (2 x 28kg) 2 sets

    Do you guys think I should do a split routine or something? So work two sets of mucles on one day and another set on another day, etc?

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated, :)

    PS - I'm trying to keep the rep range between 10 - 12. On the second and third set, it usually goes down to 7/8.
    Except for the squats, where I can do about 21 reps while I'm holding my two 28 kg kettle bells. unfortunately I don't have anything heavier.
