    Strange question but appreciate any response;

    My dad is porting to 3 and gonna give me the iPhone 4 to use, but problem is, they will give him a micro sim (which I wil need to activate the iPhone anyway) but what about after it's activated and the sim wont fit in his own phone. Can 3 do a sim replacement to a normal size sim if I asked?

    Surely they can, for example if a customer lost their iPhone they may need a normal sim for a different phone.

    I know there are microsim adapters online but is there brick and mortar stores that sell them?

    They should be able to transfer it from micro to standard instore, it's a relatively simple and standard process.
    I have not seen a transformer in any bricks and mortar shops, but as you said as an alternative they are freely available online.

    ALSO: if you are not using the iPhone with the sim it is registered to, make sure you don't buy 3Cover (Insurance) as using a different sim in it invalidates the contract.

    As above. They can transfere the account details onto a normal blank sim

    When I got my iPhone 4 from Three I asked them for a micro-sim adapter and got one no problem from them.

    If you still need anything I ordered a pack of 5 from these guys on Tuesday and they arrived today. Thought it would take 2 weeks as the site said 2-4 weeks but I'm happy. Don't need to take my precious to Pukkelpop next week.
