Pharmaceutical Contracting - Allowable Expenses?

My sister is due to commence a 6 month contract with a pharmaceutical company shortly. She has been asked to set up a company, this is no problem I can arrange this.

My question is what kind of expenses can be claimed for this company besides obviously her own wages? Could she claim mileage to her place of work each day seeing as it is only a 6 month contract? I think I heard before that Revenue classify your place of work as being permanent place of work if you are working there longer than 6 months. Think I know the answer but just asking really. Also could she claim portion of the following:

    Mobile Phone Bill
Petrol (If not entitled to mileage)
Rent (She has been living away for 6 yrs, now has to rent in home town)
Internet (Has to submit Vat returns, email invoices to employer etc)
    Laptop
    Printer
    Odd lunch expense
    Training Courses

Any other expenses other people can think of?

    Thanks

    Jockey

Is it really worth her while setting up a company for a six month contract - I would suggest finding an umbrella company.

What she saves in allowable expenses she will lose in years to come on the admin associated with a limited company
