    i rang sky yesterday to upgrade my package adding sport and movies and another box ( mulitroom ) the box is due to be installed on the 2 september...

    should i not be able to view the sport and movies on my current box now ?

    its still not showing i didnt think i would of had to wait till the new box was being installed...

    You shouldn't have to wait. I ordered sky+ and multiroom a couple of weeks ago and also upgraded from basic to the entertainment pack. The extra channels were viewable before the phonecall ended.

    im still waiting for them to come on maybe its because im not getting the box till next month so i will get them then when the new billing month starts ?

    just got off the phone with them the girl said it was never put on hmm.... sorted now though pitty i have to wait till next month for the install of the other box.....

    So ur saying its about a month before they come and install an extra box for multiroom??
