    Following on from the Know Your Musos thread, I put in a request for the allowance of embedding soundcloud files similar to how youtube files are embedded on the site.

    I think it would be very beneficial to the music forums in particular and here is a link to the thread if you'd like to voice your support of this.

    I didn't see that reply as I forgot to instant email update to replies.
    The original request I made had the following reply
    Short version: eventually, maybe.

    It was the "maybe" which prompted me to post here as I would imagine a lot of people would support the idea and if they voiced this it would turn from a "maybe" to a "definitely".

    Not that I'm complaining, I appreciate the runners of the site may have more to do than satisfy my wants first and foremost (though I can't imagine what would be more important :D )

    Yeah, I seem to remember that post. Hopefully it'll happen soon. You can always periodically bump that other thread anyway just to make sure it's not forgotten about ;).
