    You might have better luck if you posted the make and model of radio and the car it lives in, also do it in the motors section, I have a feeling that you have a modern car, this is the classic car forum. (A bit of friendly advice; writing in red will just make people not help you)

    have a look in places like the bottom of the ashtray or glovebox lid.....or written on the radio itself...worth a shot
