C&P from another site I use, hth.

I got one about four weeks ago from http://www.mandalamat.ie and its really good!

I use it at weekends in the morning. I lie down on my back and use it at the lower end and then move it up to my shoulders for a more intense impact. The first time I did it I lasted 5 mins but now I can happily stretch out for 20 mins on my back in a sunny place listening to some music. Very hard to leave it!

It's great in the morning to give you a boost of energy.

Great at night too in that it's like a rush of heat to your back and you fall into this deep deep sleep.

The odd time I might meditate on it which is really helpful. Concenrating on your breath to meditate can be a bit boring after a while so this gives you a new focus - the pressure points on the different parts of your body. It certainly keeps my mind from racing over daily events.

I usually use it on my back and sometimes on my neck. Have yet to graduate onto my belly - very sore I reckon. Did try the face but not my cup of tea.

It's a simple thing really, much like a yoga mat but with about 50 round plastic pointy circles. When I first saw it I thought why would you spend 50 euros on it, but now that I have it I have definitely got my money's worth even after 4 weeks. I'd say if you're into Yoga/Meditation/Acupunture/Homeopathy or have back problems I'd look into it.
