Hey guys. I'm signing a contract and have been asked to get a witness to my signing of it. Can anyone do this or should it be someone of 'stature'? A Garda, whatever. The contract is for funding from a state body (not much funding though!)

Unless the contract says otherwise it doesn't have to be anyone in particular. Whoever is witnessing generally writes their address too.

    Hope this helps
