query - unused Oz WHV

    Several years ago I was issued an Australian WHV that I never kicked in - ie I didnt enter Australia at that time.

    Does anyone know if this could cause me problems if/when applying for another one? I have a different passport now if that makes any odds.

    (another quick one - is there any reason i cant apply for a WHV if i am outside of ireland?)

    no you will be fine, as long as you never activated the visa ie.enter the country, you can apply for a new WHV no problem,
    as for been outside Ireland when applying i don't see there been a problem, hope this has put your mind at ease :)
