Anyone used this or recommend it? Or is it a waste of time? Was gonna try in the next oil change in one of the cars.

I like to use it as my engines tend to burn oil and sometimes the level goes low.I've had no bad experience with it and if its as good as they say it may save an engine some day.

Used it a few times, but not recently. I remember the AA doing an independent test on it back in the 80s/90s. They said it did give an amount of protection by reducing friction but that you loose most of it when you change the oil again.

I used it on my first car years ago - a MK2 Jetta petrol - and it made a huge difference. More responsive, lower fuel consumption and it took noticeably longer for the engine to warm up, so the friction reduction was very obvious. I tried it on my next car, a 405 diesel and it had no effect at all, so I guess it depends on the engine and it's condition.
